Apparently a good chunk of people don't even have an internal monologue and when I use relatively rudimentary language, people say I am using "college words" and they view me as being intelligent and "polished."

Look at how many people don't know basic facts and it's not hard to feel superior to them if you put in a modicum of effort.

Einstein had very high intelligence, especially in the area of solving problems... but he failed entirely in social interactions... his emotional intelligence wasn't even average...
