Is anyone able to get jobs?

I applied to plenty jobs and I’m so exhausted and burnt out for not reaching anywhere close to obtaining a job, they all rejected me and I feel like a lot of people out there are facing the same issues and I think we should protest cause this is ridiculous and if we can’t get a job how are we supposed to pay rent and live!!!

Sadly humans labor like anything easily replaced isn't valued enough.

That said there are several things going on.
1: Many places are in fact just collecting your information to build resume databases or fill a quota.
This is done to facilitate easy replacement, data-mine the population and actually check a box for bureaucrat reasons.

2: Skill mismatch you might not assume this is the case if your applying to jobs in your area, but a lot of times the people writing theses applications don't really know what their talking about. Thus why they literally will sometimes write requirements which are impossible.

3:Bad location, If you really want a job you have to be willing to move anywhere for it, just don't accept any compensation package before you check out the local cost of living. A lot of employers either don't or are hoping you didn't. Which really just creates more problems for everyone down the road.

Me too. Our application and hiring system is shit! I don't know why Americans love making things more complicated than they need to be. We need some hiring reform for sure. The funny thing is, experience doesn't matter if you're volunteering or doing an unpaid internship
