How do I get a job?

I just graduated high school i’m 19, i had a shitty job for like 3 months at mcdonalds and then they expeled me from work because jealousy of coworkers. Now i dont have a job and im home 24/7 i dont have anything to do ans it feels bad. How do i get a new job? Is there advice how to get a job fast in a smart way or just anything?

Search on job posting sites (Indeed. com, LinkedIn. com, etc.)

Format a professional and complete resume (if you are just starting out, you might not be able to fill out every box, but complete what you can. I would probably not put the McD's job on there).

Be proactive - if someone calls about an interview, call them back. Answer any questions honestly and do not lie.

Clean up your social media, and take a good, high-quality professional photo for your records.

Do your research on companies and make sure it is something you are willing to commit to and put in the time to work for.

You can apply for Most jobs right on line. Everyone is hiring now for seasonal help. If you have good work ethics they may keep you on full time
