I want to get a job, but I can’t, what should I do?

I live with my mom, sister, brother, and Papa. My mom works at home , my sister is in high school, my brother is too young to work, and my Papa is a Pastor and works in the community. With that being said, we have three cars, but only one works. One of the broken cars has a mildew/mold problem due to rain water leaking in. The other car is registered under a different state and all we need is the paperwork and the keys. My family has talked about trading in those two cars, no one does anything to make it happen. Meaning that we only have one car it’s hard to get a job and go to my college classes. It’s bad enough that my sister is in high school band, because now the family has to work around her schedule as well. She does have friends that she can catch rides from, but I don’t have that advantage. My friends are all in college and working, doing their own thing. Meaning that my papa is a Pastor and works in the community, he leaves the house really early and comes home randomly throughout the afternoon/evening. Sometimes he has to go out of town for meetings and I’m here at home with my mom, everyday. I have to do online classes because I don’t want to wait hours before and after classes on campus. The closest jobs to me is Walgreens and 7-Eleven which is about a 30 minute walk and a eight minute bike ride. I do have a bike it’s just rusted lol and I don’t think my mom is comfortable with me riding a bike out alone. There is also a mini plaza near the 7/11 I could find a job there but like I said I don’t know if my mom is comfortable with me riding and walking out by myself. I know there’s also remote jobs, but I want to be able to have the motivation to get dressed, go to work, and socialize, since I’m stuck at home all day.
