Yes. I am In law enforcement. I was guarding the outside of a back where a bank robber supposedly left a bomb when he was robbing the bank. My job was to keep civilians away in case the bomb went off.
And to put an end to the story there wasn't a bomb and the bank robber was caught about 2 hours after the robbery. He got away with less then $2k but now in prison for a long time. Bank robbery is a federal crime.

There were a few bomb scares when I was in high school. Some kid that didn;t study for a math test probably.
