If it comes out of the wilderness and attacks you, take it to jail. But if you are holding it prisoner and forcing it to carry you, then you should be the one arrested.

No. But I think you can sue the stable. They won’t put the horse down or anything (horses are expensive), but you might get some money as compensation.
