Why do right ringers hate fact checkers?

Until you hold politicians to account for lying you're always going to have this problem. Here's some real facts, people make mistakes, people forget things especially when put on the spot and that's forgivable. But when a politician deliberately lies and just makes stuff up it's not ok and we shouldn't tolerate it with excuses like "it's what they do.." Being a politician isn't a license to Bullshit.

The first example that comes to my mind is the claim that Trump failed to disavow white supremacists, when he expressly did. Another example is the claim that Biden didn't withhold federal aid from Ukraine until a prosecutor got fired. There have been many examples.

I searched for that particular claim and found multiple fact checkers confirming the facts. Usually with more detail, including that the majority were pre-viable or had fetal anomalies. It's obviously impossible to save the life of a pre-viable fetus (otherwise it would be a viable fetus).
