1 yNah. This is a funeral for “Decent America”, and an ushering in of a new age of technocrat oligarchy.
We’re so fucked. I can’t believe you guys fell for this OBVIOUS grift.

and I can't believe how blind you were these past 4 years. Jesus dude, have you not been to a supermarker? do you even pay bills? sounds like you dont do any of those otherwise you would of been aware how fucked we been under Biden with his sky high inflations, people are literally working more than 1 job just to afford living. oh and dont get me started with the open border
- 1 y
@Filthy_Immigrant Prices are neither set or controlled by presidents. I’ll spare you the whole Econ 101 lecture, but if you’ve ever studied economics at the college level, you’ll understand that’s simply not how any of this works.
You may have noticed that Trump, after months of confidently promising IMMEDIATE decreases in grocery prices, in his interview with Kristin Welker, when asked about that very promise, all of a sudden the answer was, “well, you know, once prices are up it’s very hard to bring them down. QUITE a change in energy. That’s why he’s talking about Greenland and Panama and Canada, to divert your attention away from him not being to deliver on one of his biggest promises that probably hooked the most voters. His tariffs are only going to make things MORE expensive.
I’m already rich, my guy. None of this will affect me. It’ll help me, if anything. I’ll keep more inheritance when my dad dies, Democrats would want to see that taxed heavier. But I endeavor in life to not be a selfish piece of shit who only thinks about myself and my own needs. So I vote for the rest of society, not myself. I’m fine forever, barring anything cataclysmic. I’ll see how it plays out, but I may have retired at 40, or at least semi-retired. I’ll never see a hard day of work again. I’m STRAIGHT. I don’t even look at my grocery bill, I swipe my debit card, and the money is there. It’s a non-issue. I voted against Trump to try to help the rest of you. - 1 y
@Filthy_Immigrant I see hard working Americans of the working class and middle class working their asses off just to tread water. These are not the people who will make your life financially better. These are people, or at least representatives of people, who want you to remain desperate for your job and your insurance, they’re the reason why YOU, and not your MANAGER, are the one responsible for finding your own replacement if you call in sick or want a usually-schedule workday off. That’s technically their problem, but the make it yours, because they know they have you by the balls. THAT’S who you all have thrown the car keys to.
And I’m from their class, professionally. I’ve been on the inside, I know how they operate. My last boss once told me, when I complained we weren’t offering enough compensation to get even the most unqualified people to accept the job I was trying to fill. This guy (big Trump guy, by the way), running a Latino foods company, of all things, tells me “we don’t want white people. We don’t want black people. We want sp*cs fresh off the boat who are desperate and will do whatever we ask.” Direct quote. These people are not your friends, unless you’re a business owner or MAYBE a high-level C-suite executive kind of manager.
I guess it’s too late now, and we just need to hold onto our hats and ride the ride, hoping they have some sense of decency and humanity and don’t do the things they seem poised to do, but I’m not expecting that. If you already have money, this could maybe be a great four years for you. But if you’re starting off average or worse…. you guys bet on the wrong horse. If you think Donald Trump, Elon Musk, Vivek Ramaswamy, and the rest of The Billionaire Boys Club have ANY interest whatsoever in improving your finances in any meaningful way….. I’ve got a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you, and if you act now, I’ll throw in the Golden Gate in San Francisco for half-price. - 1 y
oh I had a feeling you were rich. that explains it. but lucky for you this disaster caused by the Biden administration did not hinder your wealth
- 1 y
@Filthy_Immigrant well, once again, Biden hasn’t destroyed anything, and for whatever faults he has, if you’re into giving presidents credit for the economy (which really just “happens”, based on a multitude of factors and has very little to do with political leadership, in reality), then Biden has presided over a strong economic recovery post-pandemic, we’re doing better than literally the entire world, by almost every metric. Inflation is down to what was predicted for 2024/2025 WITHOUT the pandemic happening. High retail prices are the problem, and that blame goes to business owners, not politicians, I can’t stress that enough. Your prices aren’t high for any other reason than the people selling the goods and services WANT THEM TO BE. Period, end of story. Joe Biden, or Trump, or Kamala Harris, or Daffy Duck can’t change that for us.
- 1 y
Biden hasn’t destroyed anything? Tell that to Americans struggling with record inflation, skyrocketing energy costs, and food prices they can barely afford. The ‘recovery’ you're praising is built on trillions in printed money that haved devalued our currency. Your fantasy world doesn’t match reality, pal.
- 1 y
Steve shut ur ass up lmao oligarchy, do you guys ever think for yourselves
- 1 y
Literally ever point he asserts is a MSM talking point.
- 1 y
@Filthy_Immigrant my brother Christ…. the President doesn’t control that shit. Biden didn’t cause it, and Trump can’t fix it. This isn’t complicated to grasp. Presidents don’t do what you think they do.
- 1 y
*my brother in Christ
- 1 y
@Tomisworthless so you think Trump, Elon, and Vivek want to make you rich? I don’t watch MSM, so we’re just thinking the same things if it’s similar
- 1 y
@Tomisworthless Elon literally bought himself a role in the government. He’s not even from here. And all the big talk about America first, but he thinks you and all the rest of Americans are absolute retards incapable of doing the tech jobs, so they want to bring in Indians and such for OUR jobs. Now can you think for a second and tell me why they didn’t say that BEFORE the election? Take all the time you need…
- 1 y
you're right I don't know what im talking about I just 💕 ✝️rump
- 1 y
@Tomisworthless Welp…. good luck with all that. And I hope I’m dead wrong and he does a great job, at nobody’s expense. I’ll come back and make a MyTake saying I was wrong and he’s actually a great and decent man who looked out for ALL Americans, not just some. But just remember starting Monday, Biden rules apply. Absolutely everything and anything that happens between now and his last day, worldwide, is on Trump. There’s not gonna be any “this is because of the past administration” crying…. your guys came in saying they’re big, bad alpha males and would fix everything IMMEDIATELY. So they’d better deliver. I’ll be here to shout from the rooftops every time they don’t, every campaign promise they abandon. They got what they want, they don’t need you anymore.
And I’ll be there to tell you “I told you so.” I hope you get to tell me YOU told ME so, I want America and Americans to do well…but it’s tough to envision that kind of outcome. - 1 y
If the president has no control, why did Biden shut down U. S. energy independence on Day 1? Why did his massive spending fuel inflation? Stop pretending leadership doesn’t matter—it mattered under Trump, and it’s failing under Biden
- 1 y
@Filthy_Immigrant We drilled more oil under Biden than we did under Trump. Fact, not opinion. There was no shutdown of energy independence. There was a fucking once in a lifetime pandemic, absolutely everything has to be looked at through that lens, including ya boy Trump’s dismal unemployment rate when he left, that’s not his fault and was out of his control. Keystone pipeline was for tar sands oil, which is more used for making plastics than gas, so that didn’t affect gas prices.
Also, climate change is not a hoax, scientists are right and naysaying muppets are wrong, so we have to begin transitioning to other fuel sources. Oil CEOs shit bricks when they hear that, so they send their lobbyists to DC to tell Republican politicians to tell YOU that electric vehicles are bad, and pussy, and that you don’t want them, because “reasons”, and it’ll “own the libs. Do you really not see how this works?
Also, if you don’t like inflation….. I have bad news about the effects of tariffs on an economy and the consumer - 1 y
You’re ignoring facts to fit your narrative. Biden crippled energy independence, drove inflation with wasteful spending, and prioritized green fantasies over American livelihoods and sent 200 Billions of our hard earn tax money to Ukraine to help them fight a war that has nothing to do with us. The ‘drilling more’ myth doesn’t change the pain Americans feel at the pump or in their wallets under his failed policies
- 1 y
@Filthy_Immigrant Putin is the monster of our era and needs to be stopped. Are you serious? America can’t be what America is AND be isolationist. Also, everybody acting all anti-war when it comes to helping Ukraine but they’re down to invade Greenland and Panama if the Danes and Panamanians don’t give their shit up smooth? Make it make sense.
Detail for me the specific policies you’re talking about that were so harmful, and please explain to me HOW the mechanics of all of it worked out so negatively. I need to know that you understand this stuff to a point where you can explain how and why it happens, and the specific economic mechanisms that were affected, and that this isn’t someone else’s assessment that you’re just parroting. Like give me a college professor level recap.
WhiteSteve, the late, great George Carlin said, "Think of how dumb the average American is, and remember that half are EVEN DUMBER !!!" That's why those "geniuses" fell for Trump's, Musk's and these other wealthy swine's grift !!!
- 1 y
@beefcakebradybatson I prefer falling for successfully billionaires instead of satanist celebrities that’s for sure
- 1 y
@WhiteSteve funny how you suddenly shift to making Putin the main topic. This isn’t about Russia, it’s about Biden’s failures and the state of America. If you can’t defend Biden’s record without deflecting to unrelated villains, maybe it’s time to admit you’ve got no argument.”
It exposes their deflection while keeping the focus on Biden’s failures. - 1 y
@Filthy_Immigrant I’m starting think you’re not going to give me that college professor level breakdown of which specific policies.
Too many MAGA people are so fast to say “but Trump’s policies!” or “Biden’s policies are killing us!” but can’t articulate that they know what they’re talking about.
I’m asking you to name the policies. Not vague, “oh, well, he made us have to pay more for gas!” Tell me the bill or bills he passed BY NAME, and detail for me exactly what you don’t like about them, what you’d change, and why you think it’s not working. Otherwise I don’t think we can have a productive conversation - 1 y
Sure, let me spell it out for you: Biden’s energy policies, like shutting down the Keystone XL pipeline, directly crippled U. S. energy independence and drove gas prices up. His inflationary spending through the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan tanked the economy. How’s that for specifics? Maybe live in the real world for a change
- 1 y
@Filthy_Immigrant I covered the pipeline, that’s tar sands oil, not a primary source for fuel refining. So that’s not the reason. Also, a Canadian company owns the pipeline. We also drilled more under Biden than under Trump, we’re not suffering a shortage. Biden even MADE us money by strategically releasing oil from our reserves while prices were highest, and then replenished when they got lower, for a net profit. What’s to hate about that? We’re moving away from fossil fuels because PROFESSIONAL SCIENTISTS who know WAY more than your or my dumb asses have learned this. That’s legit. Why in the world would you have a problem with making moves to change to a different fuel source? What’s your stake in it? Why are you so passionately attached to oil? Please explain that part, if you answer nothing else.
American Rescue Plan was a good thing. What was the alternative? Just carry on and spread Covid like (apologies to Californians) wildfire? So we can all keep going to Applebee’s? That’s reckless and frankly, fucking retarded, so there had to be an economic stimulus of some sort. Did you send your check back?
C- effort on your explanations but I’m not going to go in circles with you. I very much live in the real world, which is why I’m so suspicious of the right wing. Their brand of “the news” never jibes with reality. All of these critiques are so obviously politically motivated and not fact-based. And if all of this other crazy shit they say is going on IS going on, then why don’t I see it happening? America was already a corporatist state;now it'll become the first techno-Fascist state.
Don't bother, WhiteSteve. Those freakin' goobers are so much in love with Trump, they'll buy ANY AND EVERY ONE of his lies.
@Filthy_Immigrant People have been working more than one job for at least a generation, and inflation has ZERO to do with Trudeau, Biden or ANY leader.
- 1 y
@beefcakebradybatson Wrong. Inflation under Biden is a direct result of his reckless spending, war on energy independence, and supply chain mismanagement. The $1.9 trillion stimulus Biden pushed flooded the economy with unnecessary money, creating massive demand with no supply to back it up. Killing the Keystone XL pipeline and restricting oil leases sent gas prices soaring, raising costs across the board. Under Trump, we had low unemployment, stable inflation, and energy independence. Biden's failures are the reason people are working multiple jobs now, not some ‘generational trend.’ Stop ignoring reality and avoiding accountability
@Filthy_Immigrant Accountability? I'm FAR FROM a Biden supporter, but inflation has been a GLOBAL concern since Covid-19, and, though higher than the norm of the past generation or so, was falling throughout 2023 and 2024.
- 1 y
@beefcakebradybatson dude that's because the global elites are responsible for all of this. we didn't have these problems under Trump because Trump dismantled us from the elites control hence why we didn't get affected by those global issues. Biden and the democrats in the other hand fucked it all up because he reconciled us back with the elites
- 1 y
@Filthy_Immigrant Trump IS the elite. What the fuck…..
I feel like I’m taking crazy pills🤣🤣🤣 - 1 y
@WhiteSteve no he's not. people across the world have been hating him since day one because he is not part of them, seriously dude, its starting to sound like your misinformation is limitless
- 1 y
@Filthy_Immigrant respectfully, bro…. you are a SUCKER. Not much to say beyond this. This isn’t my problem, I’ll be totally fine. If you’re a paycheck to paycheck guy…. this is YOUR problem. Best of luck, I truly hope I’m wrong, I don’t wish any ill on you and I stand to gain nothing by being right. But you’re fucking around, and I’m afraid FOR YOU that you’re about to enter the “find out” phase.
Good luck, man, sincerely. Pray for America🇺🇸 - 1 y
@WhiteSteve We didn't... you guys did 4 years ago!
- 1 y
@Paige90 what’s that, fall for a grift?
I felt much, MUCH better about being American from 2021-the day before the last election than I did from 2017-the 2020 elections. Like INFINITELY better. And now I’m ashamed to identify as an American.
I just don’t understand why you guys are so gleeful about being bad people to other innocent people who don’t deserve it. It’s truly shameful. WhiteSteve, most decent folk feel ashamed of being HUMAN !!!
