According to the limited data I have access to, it would either be New York, San Francisco or Los Angeles. Now... A most interesting occurence has happened in Los Angeles recently. Do You know how the biblical Babylon is supposed to be annihilated "in a single hour"? Well, what happened in Los Angeles was pretty similar to this kind of annihilation, posing Los Angeles as the biblical Babylon and therefore the most sinful city in the USA. However, New York is still my top pick, given their willingness to employ wicked lawfare against soon-to-be President Donald Trump, while not a single city in California dared to do it.

I drove from East coast to West coast and visited many cities on the way. I have also been to Fla and Tx on other visits.

Oddest place where things were least comfortable was the religious middle part and reaching a place like Salt Lake City was an eye opener, Vegas was glitz and glamour for about 20 minutes and rather disappointing otherwise. NY and Boston were cultural and interesting with lots of variety about themselves. LA wasn't up to much but San Francisco was lovely.

However, in spite of it being a lovely wee town San Luis Obispo is on my list as being the boke inducing location of the world where there's a sickly scented alleyway where it is customary to leave behind your used chewing gum on the wall. That to me is a sin to waste chewing gum only to paste it on to a wall.

It's going to sound Cliche but probably LA. It's one of the only places that not only can you engage in every sin in the book but the city itself encouraged that behavior by design to make you spend money and play at the casino. LA makes its money off of sin and broken dreams.
