How many times during the day do you check the daily news?

I never watch TV and the only time I listen to the radio is when I'm driving in my car.
I hate all corporate news outlets.

I hear the latest on-line, sometimes on Facebook. Believe it or not, I hear stuff on GAG because someone is always posting about the latest headlines. Plus I get email notifications from some really good contacts that I have made over the years. And my wife stays very informed through her work and some groups she belongs to.
When I hear about something, I often do further research.

I'm actually quite up to date on current events without subjecting myself to msm.

I don't follow the news tbh. If I see something interesting online I might google it to make sure it's real and see the details but I don't watch the general news anymore. I don't think it actually has a positive impact on your everyday life. It makes people feel upset and powerless etc.

I actively avoid news outlets if I can. Watching them just makes me sad and angry at the world for things completely outside of my control.

I dont watch that anymore because of all the lies and misinformation. If you wanne have worries and fear in your life than I recommend to keep watching the news.
I stopped watching it and find my information on the internet. Its the best decision I made in a long time

Sometimes around noon, but not every day. Depending on the political agenda of one or the other channel, you practically know what they're going to say and how they will shine their spotlight on any subject.

It really depends on what kind of day I'm having. Sometimes it might just be once or twice, other times it might be a lot more.

I usually watch TV news during breakfast and dinner, plus sometimes before bed. I'll sometimes read about something if an alert of interest pops up on my phone.
