If Trump breaks the law with impoundment (s), who is going to stop him or force him to comply with the law? Even if it ultimately gets to the Supreme Court and it rules against him,(good luck) who is going to enforce that ruling? The Court has no police or soldiers.

As for enforcing the law, it's like my Big Rick standing tall, demanding attention and respect. This is a very good point. I think Stephen Breyer made the same point in one of his books. When people no longer respect Supreme Court rulings, that is the end of American democracy. It happened once before with the Indian Removal Act passed in the Jackson presidency. However, Trump also doesn't have any force he can absolutely command. All military and law enforcement personnel have sworn an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States. This supersedes their requirement to follow orders. So ultimately it comes down to their willingness to obey the Constitution as the Supreme Court rules.

I would think that Congress needs to stop him for doing things that are unconstitutional, as he did by letting Musk be in charge of the Dept of the Treasury and letting him look at people's personal information. If he is allowed to, he will decide who gets a SS check, who doesn't and handle other moneys sent to people by the government. If they allow him to look at pensions and handle them, I'm doomed. From what I have seen, many Senators are fighting him on this. What they will do is another question. This is proof that oligarchy is possibly a thing of the next 4 years.

As @exitseven stated, he is enforcing laws the previous regime failed to. He is protecting our sovereignty, while in the meantime, the radical left dems were giving it away to foreigners and obstructing states from protecting their own borders (Texas). I am loving what Trump is doing and I am soaking it up.

One that comes to mind is promising to pay of student loans. While the courts said no! Stopping Texas from protecting themselves from foreign invaders. Selling or giving away the border wall. Until he was stopped.
