Sadly not as far as some are concerned in the political sphere of global politics sadly :( I feel for the worldwide humanitarian crises from Africa to the Middle East :(

  Well there is way worse delusions than this as you know haha!
  The thing is nobody really knows anything for certain. Even a lot of what we take to be fact is still based on people deciding things. Whether that's cultural, religious, societal or scientific. Because like even with science... growing up I was taught FACT that Pluto was a planet. Now they say it isn't. Well, who decided what a planet is in the first place? Humans. And as such can change the rules anytime they want. One day they could say there is no such thing as males and females abd bang, it will be made a fact. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ much like non binary and all that stuff coming into existence.
