He is literally the first President that is actually doing any real action in cutting the Federal Budget. We do not need an organization like USAID that just pisses away tax dollars or the Department of Education that is just a duplicate of the DOE that every state already has. In the months to come there will be other government agencies that have not really contributed to Americans in any meaningful way.
