Trump wants to take control of the Gaza Strip and rebuild it into another Riviera. He wants the Palestinians out and for them to go live in Egypt and Jordan. Israeli prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu didn't say anything but I'm sure he was against it. First of all, rebuilding Gaza will take a decade or so and Trump is out in 4 years, so he will never see its completion. Also, with what money does he plan on using to do all this? Maybe with the money Elon is going to save as Elon seems to be getting Trump to fire everyone except the one that needs to be kicked in the behind, which is Elon himself. Trump also wants to send the baddest prisoners in our prisons to El Salvador as they said they would gladly take them, for a price of course. What I want to know, is what Aliens abducted Trump and put some whacko in his place?

Grandeur posturing to get a reaction nothing more. It breaks international law for a start not forgetting it invites terrorist attacks on USA cities. It would bog down American troops in an unwinnable war for decades and created further division in an already unstable region.

I doubt that he is really serious about this. He wants the Palestinians to pay attention because they are on shaky ground. He said that if the Palestinians are allowed to just return to Gaza the same situation will happen again. This cannot be allowed to happen so they need to work with Trump and Netanyahu to come up with a solution. If they cannot do that their choices are to either have them all relocated to some other place or let Netanyahu exterminate the whole lot of them.

You heard what he said.. Palestine is an unlivable place, and he wants to send them to a place where they can build themselves up.. He wants to start the rebuilding of Gaza without the Palestines there.. I don't agree with the U. S occupying the Gaza Strip, but I feel like Trump solved the conflict in the most peaceful way possible.. Getting Hamas out of there..

@Paige90 even if they did, the people of Gaza have already said they'll never leave. I saw a report asking Gazans if they would leave and they all said they wouldn't. One of them said that especially not after having suffered so much this past year, and that they won't leave a land that has been soaked in their blood. They already lost much of their land before and they're not planning to lose the little bit of it they have left.

I'm beginning to think Trump might pull a Biden and invite them all into the US if no one else will take them. But they are used to desert and dry conditions. We have about 4 states with very small populations. I guess they can always go there. At least they would work their butts off to make it their own, unlike Biden's Bosom Buddies.
