Nobody will claim Trump is intelligent. He isn't, but he has a cunning side, if this is planned. Who remembers the chat on the unsecured server that a journalist was added to? If that happened under Biden, it would still be front page news. However, since then Trump and Musk had a public falling out, ICE started rading stores and deporting highschool students, Alex Padilla was forced to the ground and cuffed after announcing himself at a press conference for Kristi Noem, and Trump's planned parade was overshadowed by No Kings protests throughout the country. No scandal stays front page news very long, because something equally big happens before it can gain much traction. Is each successive one part of a plan to stop people from going full tilt after one specific one, because before it gets too much attention there's a new one?

Trump accepts a free meal at McDonalds and he is totally corrupt. Alex Padilla barged into a press conference with no ID yelling at Kristi Noem. He would not exit the room and pushed back against FBI agents. Then he screamed that he was a senator. Should the FBI just take his word for it? It only takes a second for somebody to pull out a gun and kill somebody. The FBI showed a lot of restraint with this guy.

Theplly reason the No Kings protests overshadowed the Army celebration was that the fake news refused to cover it. it was only on FOX and Newsmax. I did not read anything about ratings but I would net be surprised if FOX and Newsmax trounced the other networks.

They checked ID at the door, they knew exactly who he was. Furthermore, for someone who is overseen by a senate committee that he is part of, how did Kristi Noem not recognize him? His yelling was yelling that he had a question. Not exactly a dangerous thing, unless questions are not dangerous to the Trump administration. The celebration was on C-Span. That's all that was on there. So, there was coverage of it. Also, if it was as big as the protests, it would have gotten coverage. It didn't because it was almost depressing in turn out.

There is a political strategy called "dead cat" where politicians intentionally makes outrageous news to divert attention from something else. This is kind of an extrapolation from that.

Secondly, it was again written by the people in Trumps administration. They are the ones who wanted to do this and now Trump has given them the power to enact it. Biden wasn't charged for a single crime (Trump was for over 90), and the impeachment investigation found nothing. The thing about being impeached, is that there's no question about what happened. That's already confirmed in the investigation. Trump was impeached TWICE; Biden was never impeached. So, committing acts where there's a decent chance, you'll be forced out of office is intelligent? Wouldn't it be more intelligent to not do those things? If Biden was truly unable to govern, the 25th Amendment would have been enforced, and the GOP never tried to force that issue.
