Why is the United States turning its back on the metoo movement?

Back in the day, even Obama parroted the "1 in 4 women on a college campus will be sexually assaulted" statistic. Turns out, if you participated in that study and admitted to ever having consensual sex while drunk, they went ahead and counted that as rape for you.

People were totally deceived into thinking that western countries where women can work, vote, get an education, and so on, somehow developed a culture where men think it is acceptable to rape them en masse.

Metoo and other movements use the same kind of deception.

People are tired of being lied to.

It was a good idea until some women started abusing it. Then, like almost all movements, it eventually went off the rails.

Is it? Movements always fizzle out when infiltrators are sent in to warp the message.

That is a horrible movement that should not exist in the first place. You have women coming forward years down the road when they agreed to the act to further their careers. You have other women making false claims just for money purposes alone.
