I'm somewhat glad China and other emerging markets are cheaper, better quality and forget Made in the USA - that old backwater of a country

don't know how they are reacting... what were they buying before? computers, iphones. they will still buy that stuff probably. so much stuff is made out of pieces and parts made everywhere anymore. Volvo you say... that's owned by China!. Ford you say... made in mexico.

chinese stuff is generally junk, Canadian is better as is german. but german is pricy.

Ehh it’s becoming less dependent on us. I don’t think it’s a good thing. But apparently majority of voters think we’re over spending on foreign aid, even tho it’s only 1% of the budget. And tax cuts to rich are cool tho.

@OddBeMe I do my best to avoid American while possible since the democrats left office. I may buy some American shares after the next drop and then enjoy riding the last hurrah and then selling off my American shares at that time for good and then sticking to only local or emerging markets that aren't America or Europe or UK lol 😂😆

Enjoy living in the stone age. You depend on the USA for things like refined oil, fertilizer, power plant and power grid technology, vehicles/aircraft, medical equipment and pharmaceuticals, and much more.

The US pushed all it's former allies away. I don't think the rest of the world had a choice but to abandon America and strengthen relationships elsewhere
