if you don't support trump what is the biggest reason for why you don't? Why would someone want to follow your choice?
I made this so I could have a better understanding for how each side thinks.

Trending & News I was not a big fan of Donald Trump. I used to think he was just an arrogant rich guy. I never watched the Apprentice and was not crazy about him running for president. When he was nominated and started to campaign he talked aboit bringing jobs back to America, keeping illegal aliens out of the country, taking care of veterans and making the military stronger. His polices were the same things I had been talking about for the last 20 years. I figured that since Hillery would have been a total disaster I voted for him in 2016.
I watched the economy get better and energy prices go down. My retirement account doubled in the 4 years of his presidency, something that never happened before, not even close. The country seemed to become more confident and optimistic.
He accomplished a lot in 4 years despite a hostile press and multiple impeachments. It was tough to see him lose in 2020. The contrast between Trump and Biden was night and day. America became the butt monkey of the whole world while Biden was president.
That's cool, so you seen mostly positives for you during his previous term. Would you encourage others to support trump now? If you would, why?
bingo!
I married my sister's ex. She decided he wasn't good enough for her and ran off with a guy she was cheating with. He was really good to me as i was growing up and often included me in trips to the movies, fairs, ice-skating and so on paying for me. I was so mad at my sister for doing what she did to him. Anyway I met him at few years later when I was 15. I was going through puberty and was dressing kinda frumpy because I was self conscious about my breasts which had just exploded in size, like way too big. Anyway I got talking to him outside the sauna one Monday morning and it was good to see him, he was still talking to me like I was 12 and clearly had no intrest in me. So I go into the sauna in my one piece and he is just staring at me, he doesn't know where to look. I look down and he had a boner in his speedos. He's embarrassed and I suggest that since he likes what he sees he should ask me out some time. He did and a year later we were married. My older sister has never forgiven me, she's gotten more irritate because the other guy went off with another woman.
You married your sister's ex at 16 years old?
Yes.
So this entire scenario is why you support trump or don't support trump?
My sister supported Harris if it helps.
I mean I'm asking you if You support trump or not lol
Whether you support him or don't (and I'm in the don't camp) those people will strongly believe they are right and refuse to acknowledge what the other side has to say. That's why we have no ability to be bipartisan anymore. Both sides have driven a stake through bipartisanship and demanded we pick one side or the other.
As for my reasons why I can't stand him, I'll just say that he has no compassion and is only concerned about himself. Like all politicians, he says what he thinks his base wants to hear but does very little to actually help them. He just stirs up hatred for those who oppose him and puts out executive orders and brings in people where their only job is hurting minority groups. He does this to distract his base from him fleecing them for money like the conman he is.
He's formed a rabid cult and those who oppose him and those who support him will suffer. Its just the rich white men who paid the big donations getting anything out of him.
It kinda is like trump said. Grocieries is the magic word. But i get your reasoning behind this. Even Elon Musk and doge practically have a seat at the White House round table now, thanks to trump letting him in.
Kinda crazy to think hackers would be allowed to tap into Americans' social security info and private information without even a blink from the president of the United States.. but after all, this is the same guy who led his supporters to raid the u. s. Capitol in retaliation for losing the election to Joe and called them patriots for that day. While later calling actual fallen u. s. veterans suckers and losers. Not only that, but actually stood in front of actual hostage families that had loved ones being held hostage by hammas and still called the January 6 rioters hostages that he would pardon..
I'm not a Trump fan, but I voted for his as the lesser of two evils. I actually agree with some of his policies and goals. I strongly oppose most Democrat policies. It's as if their actions over the past 8 years were deliberately designed to destroy people's lives and tear our society apart.
That's actually how I feel about the republican plans in project 2025. Like almost every plan is designed to deliberately destroy people's lives and tear our society apart lol

I don't give a fuck if someone agrees with my choice too.
If Trump was pushing pro choice legislation and wasn't a friend to known sex trafficking children, he'd have had my vote. But I went with chase Oliver. Pro guns, pro free speech, pro religious freedom, pro gay marriage, pro choice and isn't a fucking creep
Honestly with the choices in the 2024 ballot I imagined a lot of people would've went for the libertarian choice. Maybe one year
Kamala was terrible as was Biden. At least Biden had opinions, Kamala was not prepared nor had any vision worth considering. Her view seeme dto be add 10 trillion of debt.
Trump sees the financial problem, wars brewing and social decay, open borders soaking up $ and causing some internal risks and went after all of them. Solid choice! When he drew some of the democrats to his side whom I considered quality Democrats, it was an easy choice.
The left is too far left.
he's bringing sanity back to a nation that has suffered under the lunacy of the radical left, and the senility of Joe Biden for 4 years, he's restoring this nation to it's full potential, and making us a feared and respected nation instead of a laughingstock, if we could get rid of terms limits I'd vote for him again and again, God has sent him to us for a reason
I refuse to support Trump because he is a dangerous mentally ill criminal with very impaired judgment and impulse control, who needs containment and treatment, and should not be in charge of this country or nuclear weapons. He has no manners and lies incessantly, and he has rapidly declining mental functions as he ages.
He is also a cruel, bitterly angry, inveterate racist who literally has no capacity for empathy or for critical thinking, and very limited intellectual abilities that are worsening each year. He is a living example of what happens when a society decides that mental health is unimportant.
yeah it's not very leader like for leaders to deliberately lie to their supporters especially not when project 2025 is the book of plans with his name in it, written by his top supporters. Saying that he apparently doesn't know about. The book reveals its self day by day. trump said he wanted to 'drain the swamp' and well now only republicans have control of the house and senate so naturally that means that should leave no room for excuses for why a bill that would lower the cost of living and grocieries to not get passed right? Well it's going on 19 days now since Trump officially took office. The sound of grocieries and cost of living has been awfully quiet.
If criminals can't get jobs or go to college, I don't see why they should ve allowed to be POTUS. It doesn't really matter whether or not you agree with the verdict or charges. It happened. For a party that claims to be so in favor of the rule of law, it's ironic to suddenly decide to dislike it so much because it didn't go your way. We saw the sane thing in 2001 in reaction to an election. Both instances gave been investigated deeply abd shown to fair and without legitimate reproach.
ik im not an option but i didn't vote bc i don't like them
just kinda means i can't complain about either of em getting into office and what they do lol
He's a proven criminal in the court of law. He belongs in the legal system not ripping a country apart and releasing other criminals.
Trump. He will head off WW3 and internal civil war for his term.
I don’t support dictators
Dictator? What? In what way is Trump a dictator?
He has repeatedly said that he believes as president he should have ultimate power and be able to do whatever he pleases.
This is proof positive that he’s a dictator?
I see your reasoning here @SmokinAces2000 no president should think like a dictator in my opinion even if they are that hungry for power. It's un constitutional to me at least. Trump is after all the only president that said that he would only be a dictator on day 1. Sure it may not absolutely mean he is a dictator, but that just isn't right for a American president to be saying in my opinion. Or even implying for it to be okay for a president to be a dictator. America has fought against dictator ship and to not be ruled by a king for the longest time since it's foundation. Because americans respect the constitution.
Also @SmokinAces2000 why do you think people should follow your choice?
@Kingofkings1992 so I’m curious, what would you call a leader that wants absolute power without limit?
@mattthefatbat people are welcome to do what they please it’s not my job to educate people
I fully support Trump
