I thought the same thing as you. I Googled it and confirmed it it was correct. A man was silently praying outside of an abortion clinic.
The cops demanded to know what he was praying about. He told the truth and went to jail.

Yes. I heard about the Scottish case last night. It got even crazier because in housing near an abortion clinic, residents have been told that if they pray privately in their homes they could be arrested for it.

It is highly offensive.
