I think that definitions and opinions have changed. What my parents thought were good girls are not the young females I dealt with in the early and late 60's. Nah, I know some good girls. They have become very uncommon, but they still exist.

I actually believe we are seeing a resurgence of morality and traditional values, which means more good girls (and guys). It's been slow so far, but it's gaining momentum.
