Intelligent, self aware people who are not insecure and can take accountability for their own decisions and behavior. You also need to have the capacity for empathy and compassion. You also need a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. If that isn't you, I have no use for YOU.

People who are old and experienced enough to form the nexus of a larger family. Offering guidance and advice. My grandmother occupied such a position.

In general, people who are not afraid to say what they want to say.

People with life experience when it comes to mental health. They’re usually more grounded and emotionally mature, and don’t involve themselves with petty drama.

I like warm, kind, and approachable people. Kind to not just their loved ones, but everyone they meet (unless they give them a reason not to be). I like people that love nature and animals (they don't have to be vegan to love animals). Honest people that are genuine and don't only have relationships with people because it might benefit them or get them ahead. People who have empathy. Intelligent people that have similar perspectives on life to my own. People who have logic. People who never try to bring you down... only bring you up, but give honest feedback when you need a bit of a kick in the ass.

I'm lucky enough to have a some family and friends that fit that description in my life.
