Who will rule the USA? Trump, our elected President, or an unaccountable judiciary countermanding Trump’s executive orders?

What can Trump do? Like Andrew Jackson, he could ignore the judges. He could order the federal marshalls, who report to the president and not to the judiciary, to cease delivering the judges’ edicts and to stop providing any service to the judges.

The rulings by these judges are so egregious that they demonstrate both that some judges are in on the grift.

I once saw an undercover interview right before DOGE went wild. They were discussing on their date how much power the bureaucracy has and that many decree's from who Trump made responsible can be bended creatively to do what they want, or things that have to be done can be intentionally hindered a lot. The only way they'd be screwed is if Trump began tampering with their budget. Every time DOGE does cuts in some unneeded thing I think back at that interview.

Unfortunately the USA has be dominated but the judicial branch. And it is selective rule. If it’s a ruling against the president I district judge can rule all across the United States. If it’s an anti 2nd amendment ruling it only affects that district.

The PRESIDENT is NOT a monarch. He does not have absolute power as that would be a DICTATORSHIP. The congress is one of the other branches and the judiciary are the other. When the president steps out of line the others are responsible to put him in his place.

Like others say checks and balances and his election does not put him above the law. He is NOT the law, he does not OWN the Unites States and does not have the power to overstep the law.

As far as I know about the usa, there's three branches of government. This was set up so one branch is controlled by the other two in order to prevent extremism.
It seems weird to then expect the opposite, where one branch overrules the other two.

The judiciary is not indifferent to its own power and often rules not on the basis of law, precedent, and the Constitution, but in the interest of its own power.

The Democrat corruption includes the judiciary. By accepting a judge’s use of judicial edicts that have zero basis in law, Trump is risking conceding victory to his and our enemies.

The corrupt judiciary seems determined to impose its power over the executive in order to block Trump’s agenda. Here is an example. John Bates, a District of Columbia federal district judge appointed by the disastrous George W. Bush regime, has ordered Trump to reinstate funding for the gender ideology websites that Trump abolished. This is not merely a judge claiming authority over the US budget. It is also a judge ordering a president to reinstate the executive order of a predecessor. Biden can order the funding of gender ideology and DEI federally funded websites, but Trump cannot order the termination of their funding. What is John Bates’ edict based on other than his personal preference? Nothing.
