Of course there are the Council on Foreign Relations is and other think tanks that specialize in U. S. foreign policy.
The CIA is a power unto itself and has a great influence on U. S. national policy. And look at some of the programs it has carried out within this country against citizens.
There are national security agencies, the military, and military industrialists.
Some foundations, directed by people like Gates, Rockefeller, Soros and other wealthy and highly connected people have great influence.
Organizations like Blackrock and Goldman-Sachs, with $trillions in assets, are highly influential.
There are secret societies, too. And some like the WEF that are overt in pushing their agendas.
There is the international banking establishment, including the Federal Reserve.
But Rothschilds (Jewish) have a controlling interest over the international banking establishment and Federal Reserve. It's obvious that they were behind the invention of "Zionism" as far back as the early 19th century.
