Money, industry assets and banks are just tools, that's why referring some specific group dominant in this sector for "ruling the word" isn't smart. When pilots of your private jet complain every year on airport in Davos that there is no parking place for your aircraft, then you belong to this cast who has some influence.

I live in a mixed race lower-middle class brick ranch subdivision. The house is worth about 250K. I get calls, texts and correspondence every week about selling it. It's investors like BlackRock buying up houses for expensive rentals. In some areas they will dismantle them and build apartments. My area is booming with industrialization.
