Yes. Here are a few examples:

Stopped the presidential motorcade promptly to thank firefighters.

Helped a Harlem hospital repair its elevator systems.

Loaned his private airline to the family of a three-year-old boy suffering from a life-threatening medical condition so he could get treatment in New York.

Another story is that of Annabel Hill, whose husband killed himself for insurance money to save his family farm, but the insurance wouldn’t pay for a suicide. Trump stepped in and helped save the farm.

Trump also let Jennifer Hudson and some of her family members stay in Trump International Hotel & Tower in Chicago for free after her relatives were killed.

Trump sent a bus driver a $10,000 check for stopping a woman from jumping off a bridge.

There are other examples. I suspect that there are some that were never made public.

Can anyone find similar examples from other presidents - Bill Clinton, G Dubya Bush, Obama, Biden? Hillary, Kamala?

No idea, but empathy does not mean "you agree with me politically" Yes Trump is targeting certain groups, but so has every other president through out history. If empathy only applies to people you agree with, it's not empathy

Trump has been observed helping people when nobody is looking. There is video of him helping somebody in a wheelchair and another person having difficulty finding shelter. There are other anecdotes about similar incidents. He did this when the news cameras were not around. Whenever there is a disaster he is always on the scene trying to circumvent government red tape to get aid to the people that need it.
I do not know him personally but he has been a good president and did not get rich doing it, in fact he lost money. I think he is doing it to stroke his outsized ego but also becuse he loves America.
