What evidence is there to show that people go to either hell or heaven after they die?

There is zero evidence of "Heaven" or "Hell" or "God" for that matter. But there's plenty of evidence that stupid ignorant people fear the unknown and will make up some absolutely crazy childish stories to explain away their fears and hide from an unpleasant reality.

I don't know.

I twice went into cardiac arrest in the past year.
During the times that my heart ceased to beat, to my knowledge, I did not exist.
I'm not the same person who I was prior to those events.
A part of me is gone.
Parts of me which are foreign to my prior "me" are now prominent in my current personality.
No one believes me when I say that to be the case, among my having many other psychological anomalies.

What the hell happened to me in those times when I was "gone"?

I've since been told by well-meaning people that I've been given a second chance at making my additional lives to be more meaningful and righteous.

It just feels like hell warmed over to me, although I strive with all my spirit to believe otherwise.

Nothing full proof, otherwise everyone would believe in the same religion without question. All we have as “evidence” is hearsay from people who have died for a short time then come back to life, and claim that they experienced hell or heaven during their time deceased. But that can be disproven too, and labelled as nothing more than the neurons in your brain firing off as everything shuts down. People have crazy dreams when they’re sleeping or in a coma, you can imagine how crazy things could be if you were deceased temporarily and your mind made you experience whatever you believe in before it shuts down.

People who've gone there during near death experiences is the closest evidence we have, but unfortunately we have no way to prove it
