I mean I heard of a lot of stories that someone went to hell and heaven after they die and return to their body and resurrected. According to the bible, you must accept Jesus and receive Holy Ghost in order to go to heaven. Why then some people are saved even if they don’t believe God and gain a one more chance?

According to the Bible- to the Man Himself, in fact, "No one comes to the Father [i. e., gets into Heaven] but through Me.". Through Me; not through being "saved", or through your beliefs or actions, but through the will of God. If you or I, perhaps somewhat wiser than the rank and file of the world but still very human, can sometimes see that what a person meant or tried to do doesn't match the results of their efforts, then why would an omniscient deity not be able to do the same?
More to the point, why would a deity that didn't be considered worthy of worship? It's basic epistemology: sin requires moral agency, because otherwise, it's not sin. Consequently, the only justifications for Original Sin are 1. that the world is inherently corrupting and evil place, or 2. as a bullshit marketing gimmick for the Church. The first is borderline blasphemy, since it implies a base-level failure in Creation, and a still deeper failure in faith. The second is... a pretty accurate assessment, I'd say. Mary's conception was Immaculate, sure, but only because ALL conceptions are.
God exists as an entity capable of reason, not a blind set of formulaic rules.
There are history book written by government paid Roman historians and other religious books that support it. There are witnesses, forensic evidence on the body, geography, and archaeology that proves it to be true. People are not willing to believe but the Evidence is all over the place all withstanding anything Science can throw at the artifact and archaeology.
