Edibles for me. I think it's still illegal in our state but it's just so freaking good. I don't do it anymore but when I did, it was amazing. If it became legal here, I would totally do it every now and then.

Piracy, if buying isn't owning piracy isn't stealing mentality. I consider ownership my ability to keep what I pay for, since that's not possible I just download the content and now I own it. While if I pay I don't own it and can only use it on their terms, how's that fair?

That said, if its something I want to support and its distributed in such a way that I can own it ill buy it. So if its an indie game studio making a fun game and they put it on GOG I won't pirate it out of respect.

I agree with you , I feel weed should be legalized everywhere , weed is actually safer than alcohol is, so I don’t understand why it isn’t , Some states are just stuck in a time warp and like ripping people off financially any which way they can. Some States require a Medical Marijuana card because they only want people buying their weed so the Government can get their share of it as well , it’s a crooked bullshit

@Crimsyjo it's almost an indescribable feeling. Most people are going to feel really good from it and it's like you're on another plane of existence for a while if you're really high. It's a wonderful feeling. It's so much better than alcohol because you don't have any hangover effects afterwards. Once you come down, you're just back to normal.

I know lol. My ex boyfriend grew the stuff and sold. And I've been smoking aome wuth my FB. He said maybe I didn't do it right so he showed me and that but nope. I'd love to feel the calm or high or whatever. But just doesn't happen. With alcohol I get the buzz and sense of confidence. But bad atmosphere can just wipe that away easy too and then you just feel rubbish.
But yeah I looked it up and apparently some people can be immune and I guess I'm one of them. *sigh*. I've never tried harder stiff and don't want to.

There is so many different strands of weed , so what you tried probably wasn’t strong enough for you. Just be careful cuz some strands can mess you up to the point it isn’t that enjoyable, I call it wheel chair shit lol

@Crimsyjo I get mines from this dispensary in NC called Kanna. There's many in NC but they are the best. I'm sure there are some wherever state weed is legal near you. You can get it delivered to you.

@purplepoppy I wrote, or tried to write two stories and had them kicked back for editing. Made the mistake of giving woman who writes a lot some $$$$$ to edit and publish for me. She was a real foul mouth, and said she had to 'add 200 words" ? She said my 'grammar' was 'shit" (her words - not mine) and the story was never published as far as I can tell. I think the story was a good 'reluctance' story, and was really irked at her response and taking the money and never publishing it. Any ideas what I might do? My story was titled "Rape, she said" and it was about a real incident that I embellished on, like most of the stories I read.

Never pay for editing, just run it through grammar (but remember people don't usually speak perfectly in conversation). Lit doesn't publish rape stories, the closest is non consent but the girl has to consent which doesn't make sense. You're walking a fine line between getting rejected and writing a story that type of reader wants.

@purplepoppy The 'rape, she said" was an 'accusation' that was defined in the story. I have read some or maybe one or two stories describing rape... I know, and the 18 YO requirement does not make sense either, as we all know minors have sex. Most or many of the stories are 'junk' and not worth the time to read, but yours are some of the very best and well written.
