For anyone aware of the Trevor Moses case what are your thoughts?

I don't know what the argument was all about. But Temple, who was a head taller than Moses, suddenly sucker punched him and continued to swing several punches. Apparently the big guy fell backwards and banged his head on the curb when Moses managed to punch him in the face in self defense.

I conclude that Moses had every right to fight back. It wasn't his fault that Temple fell backwards and banged his head. The thug got more than he asked for.

It also looked like a couple of those bitches were instigating the altercation, knowing that there were men there to protect them.

So why is Moses being charged? It doesn't make sense.

Self defense may not hold up in court due to the fact that the life ending injuries were sustained at the second incident minutes after the first (video released incident). Moses had an opportunity to retreat once the imminent threat was concluded. May be a case of retaliation, which is illegal, as opposed to self defense.

Not sure on the facts of the case. I mean was he pursuing a group of women threatening violence and harassing them?
