If you ever found a wallet full of money outside, would u take the money or leave it in the wallet and try to find the owner?

I’d probably look to see if the wallet had the owners information. If it did then I’d return it as it’s literally a wallet. And literally that easy.

If the wallet was empty. Aside from cash. I would assume this is some kind of mafia or cartel drop off. And keep it for myself.
