Trump has always abused this. He makes the secret service stay in his hotels and charges them ridiculous rates. He charges tens of thousands of dollars a day for them to rent his golf carts when it would literally be cheaper to buy new ones every day. He spent his entire first term funnelling himself taxpayer money but the cult pretend they are ok with it but whine about every penny Biden or Obama spend. Cults are amazing!
