First of all, the lawsuit says that China is responsible for hoarding personal protective equipment like masks because they used their own factories to prioritize their own citizens.. Like what USA was doing and what the right wing people in USA wanted USA to do... and you are now saying that China can't do it since its a right reserved exclusively for USA?

Let me just remind you of something. Trump just destroyed USAID. That was Americas soft power, the thing that could even conceivably have forced China to comply and pay that legal fine. China on the other hand has always been leagues ahead of USA in soft power projection. A lawsuit like this is a complete joke to them. Talk about wasting everyones time just to make a political statement, that goes just as much for Missouri as it does for you for bringing this topic up.

Good luck collecting a penny from your scam court decision. This lawsuit was about China nationalizing the production of personal protective equipment like N95 masks. AKA they forced the factories to prioritize selling the equipment to China rather than export it to other countries.

Quite frankly, I dont even know if this can be considered illegal. That is how the system is SUPPOSED to work. In the case of emergency the nation will for example monopolize the supply of steel, fuel, medical equipment etc..

Nothing in this lawsuit that I have read about makes any lick of sense and there is exactly 0% chance that China would care.
