Justin Trudeau has officially resigned as Canadian Prime Minister after 9 years of service and have selected Mark Carney as his remplacement, any thoughts?

Oddly he doesn't hold a seat in parliament and can't participate in question time.

I like them both. I think a strong man with a head for money, and not greed is exactly what Canada will need in coming months and years. Maybe America can become part of Canada in recovery.
