Judges weren’t a problem until Trump wanted vengeance. Biden didn’t try to impeach or call for the impeachment of lower ranking judges like the one in Trump’s Florida Documents Case.

How about we don’t weaponize our political system, allow judges to make their decisions based on the law books not on the YouTube shorts or TikTok that agree with your political ideology. It is unbecoming of a world leader to want ‘yes men’ in every aspect of living.

A Trump appointee handled the Biden documents cases, was that guy fired for his release of the report? No. Did Democrats try to hide the report? No. So why would you treat this any differently?
We have checks & balances, Executive & Judicial are separate powers from each other and should be kept that way.

Judges are meant to uphold the law, not act as political operatives. Schumer’s own words prove that activist judges are being installed to target Trump, rather than apply the law impartially. This is a dangerous precedent that undermines the integrity of the judiciary.

Even in the 60's judges in San Francisco California had very bad judgement. I was personally involved in my sister's case and the judge ruled against my sister and let a pervert who exposed himself (penis) to my sister when she was a teenager - she ruled in HIS favor!

They're only "activist" when you or I disagree with them. They do the best they can, most wanting justice, not popularity, in accordance with their view of "spiritus legis". It's not perfect. It's decidedly human in execution & POV.

Going way beyond his constitutional powers. Abuse of power by doing things you DON'T have authority to do; Inspectors General are only supposed to be removed for a reason, and that they don't kiss your ass is not a valid reason. And that is just the beginning. Trump doesn't understand the limits of the office. Which isn't surprising since in his first term they had to limit his briefings to a one page simplistic explanation or he wouldn't read them.

He did not have the power to fire people in those positions without just cause. The Department of Education was authorized by Congress, and he does not have the power to reverse congressional fiats. Maybe you should look at the Constitution again. The judges did not suspend his actions because they disagree with them, they did it because they did not follow the proper legal channels for such an action.
