Basically the story is that Trump linked an article regarding the King of UK making a "secret offer" to him regarding joining the British commonwealth of Nations with the comment that it "sounds good!"
Notably this is not official policy and it will not happen. Also this does not make USA into part of the UK. It would however mean that the UK royalty was the symbolic head of the trade alliance that USA was part of and kind of also the symbolic head of USA.
Basically its just a story of Trump being an idiot in public and the hilarious consequences that would follow if USA actually went through with it.

There’s no credible information suggesting that the U. S. is joining the U. K. That kind of merger isn’t even legally or politically feasible. The U. S. and U. K. are strong allies, but they remain entirely separate sovereign nations. This sounds like a misunderstanding or misinformation that might’ve spread from a meme or satirical source.
