Why is AI generally more empathetic and nuanced than most people when aswering questions?

Everyone rips on AI as being bad, but for most of my questions that I ask here, I generally get more helpful, thoughtful and nuanced answers than what people usually reply.

Getting a good faith answer is typically rare here rather than the norm, while the norm is usually sarcasm, or blunt one word answers with little to no engagement.

It's a fiction amalgamated by countless human responses fed through machine learning algorithms. The humanity is there but the delivery is artificial. It's just another clever little trick we've played on each other. Unfortunately we humans think we are too clever by half...
