Is a captain america type adrenaline serum even possible in real life?

fatigue and exhaustion is a real issue, could we eliminate all that with an adrenaline serum that prevents us from tiring, think of all the wars we could win with Soldiers that have to suffer fatigue and exhaustion ever again

In WW2 nazis gave their soldiers meth. It kept them fighting for days without fatigue or the need for sleep, made them ruthless and unafraid. Also dehumanise them. After WW2 there were loads of former German ww2 vetreans with drug addiction problems. This was why the Germans had so much success in the early years of ww2 and in the latter stages against the Soviets.

The US military also gave out drugs to enhance troops performance in combat in the Vietnam war while condemning those that used weed and other drugs.
