Miscarriage isn't negligence so it's clearly more difficult then that.

We have prime directives for people. Do you want a machine to keep you alive indefinitely? We also have loved one like mothers deciding the fate of those in their care who can't speak for themselves.

Whether it’s a baby or a clump of cells is irrelevant. If something needs a woman’s body to survive and can alter her mind and physical body then she obviously needs a say. Women can also die from childbirth. This is something that shouldn’t even be up for debate but we let stupidity run rampant.

As long as anything has to grow inside of someone they deserve the choice of deciding whether to let it happen or not. there's also no situation where pregnancy has zero risks so I’m not sure why you’re asking hypothetical questions.

It's not a baby yet. But abortion should be allowed if a woman doesn't want to go through the pregnancy or something goes wrong that would require it. So many women are dying because the doctors can't do lifesaving procedures because of the law. I've heard too many horrible stories & it breaks my heart.
