That all depends on what the next 3 years looks like. If Trump and Vance do what they need to do then yes and he will win too. If things go wrong then no. Democrats might then have a chance to win. Small chance but a chance.

Though it will be sooner if Trump plan works. Which would be Trump stays in power until he dies then gives it to Vance.

No, it's rare for a Vice President to become President. It does happen but not that often. Most recent examples are George HW Bush and Joe Biden, only 2 in the last 30 years. That is, unless the President dies in office.
