I am a Chinese high school student. In order to cultivate masculinity, our school does not allow boys to wear shirts in the summer. From the time I enter school to the time I leave school, I must remain shirtless and expose my nipples. There are many girls and female teachers in our school. I always can't help but get hard when I am shirtless in front of them. Is this normal? Should I go to hospital?
