How can I go shirtless without being shy?

I'm 18 years old and I don't have any problems with my body, but I'm very uncomfortable and shy when I'm shirtless. I've never been shirtless in front of my parents and don't know what to do.
I only take off my shirt when no one is at home and I'm alone..
What are the ways to start going shirtless?

Go shirtless when it's a normal thing to do. If you're just out of the shower it's normal to be shirtless for a bit if you feel like it. If it's hot out you can go shirtless. Same if you get home after a long day and want to decompress.

Learn to recognize that being without a shirt can be something you want to do if the moment calls for it. Sometimes it's weird to not wear a shirt. That's really the only thing you need to consider. Treat it like a decision to wear one shirt over the other. Choose to wear no shirt for a bit if it feels right.✌️
