Some random guy sent me money through paypal?

After a bit of research, I've heard this is a scam. Seems the best thing is not do anything and see if paypal even notices. Otherwise if I refund the money, I can lose out on the money when they give it back to the correct person and not the scammer. Makes me wonder if they'll actually take it back though.

Seems to be a scam. I got a PayPal payment mistake message emailed to me, but show no messages when I log into PayPal. Didn't even know paypal could message you lol. Even paypal says it's a scam looking at their website. Guess I got a free $100

UPDATE: PayPal took the money back. I guess they always have been a little weird about notifications. You always have to log in and lookup what its about. They sent me a disputed item notification email and this time it did show on PayPal. That whole thing sure was weird

Can you call PayPal? What does he want you to do with it? If something seems to good to be true, trust your gut instincts.
