A guy on FB is supposedly trying to send me a few thousand dollars via cashapp, which I don't have. His name is, Steve Olson. Is this legit?

He posts a blurry picture of what looks like 9 cartoon ducks and asks how many ducks you see. Upon closer inspection, there's actually 15 ducks. Once you say you've seen 15, he messages you and says he wants your cashapp info to send you a few thousand dollars. I don't have cashapp and in opening one, I'd have to supply my bank account number, which I'm not thrilled about doing. SUPPOSEDLY, others have posted pics of their cell phones with amounts in the thousands shown on the pics and they claim it's legit but, how do I know he's not the one posting and creating those pics?
I would be more prone to contact my bank tomorrow and open a new account just to get this money, IF it actually IS going to be sent to me, and then close the account as soon as I collect the money.

Sure does! First, he won't use PayPal, now he will. Supposedly sends me $3000 and now wants $200 in fees. I told him to take it out of the $3000. I'm betting he won't!
