Guy making fake accounts?

I went on a date with a guy who is a fellow student at my uni. It was good and everything was fine but it seemed like he was looking for a short term sexual fling only. As he mentioned going on a 1 week break to a cottage in a seaside city with him during Christmas holidays. However, he did not mention New Years at all. After our date He also said that he's going to his female friends house to sleep on her couch but she has a boyfriend.

He also wanted to kiss me on the first date and held me quite firmly but we had barely texted prior to meeting ( he wasn't even texting me himself, I did then he followed it up with a coffee or drink date after 24 hours) but I just gave him a hug. I texted him after our date after 5mins when he didn't text me himself again.

By the next time I met him (2 days later) his attitude as different, he was a bit cold and didn't look happy. Instead he kept looking at my legs and also tried to make me jealous. After that, I sent him a message but he ghosted me and we stopped talking.

He never replied to me, never apologised and he didn't even wish me during the holidays. I stopped talking to him and had decided not to speak to him at all but then I bumped into him at uni and he was instantly like hey how's everything etc.

We made small talk and that was it. The 2nd time again I bumped into him and we made small talk but I was getting annoyed because he clearly had no intention of seeing me or even talking as friends.

I also saw him meeting and hugging another girl at a bar and we saw each other and he waved at me while hugging the girl.

Later that same week, I noticed two instagram accounts, one which had his name as the username but a girls name in the bio and another new account who viewed my stories.

I resaved his number and this guy still keeps my number saved on his Whatsapp as his photo and last active is only visible to those who are his contacts.

What is his problem?
