Putin is just as religious as Cheeto Jesus. Why would he be inspired to declare an Easter cease fire? Answer... just another lie /tactic he can exploit for propaganda and military advantage. No, I don't take anything Putin does or says seriously. There is always an ulterior motive. Cheeto Jesus is Putin's protege so the same skepticism applies. Luckily the Ukrainians are nowhere near stupid enough to buy Putin's bullshit. This lie was intended for a different audience.

I trust him more than Zelensky. I'm sure he was sincere. But his offer was contingent on Ukraine also ceasing hostilities during that period.
Zelensky, on the other hand, is about as honest as Netanyahu.

Yes, I believe him, he said they won't be bombing unless Ukraine starts first (provocations are normal for Ukrainians because EU is arming them).
