Yes, that has been happening. I have read about a family with children, and 2 or 3 had had metastatic cancer. The mother was pregnant. They were sent somewhere where they will not get the medical treatment they need. This is a sin. It's inhumane. Praying karma is real and those responsible will pay in some form or another.
