A three-judge panel for the 4th U. S. Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously bounced the Trump administration’s request to overturn a lower-court order demanding they return a wrongfully “snatched” Salvadorian immigrant to the U. S.

“The United States Government has no legal authority to snatch a person who is lawfully present in the United States off the street and remove him from the country without due process,” the panel ruled. “The Government’s contention otherwise, and its argument that the federal courts are powerless to intervene, are unconscionable.”

if was a risk to the nation, they may have a legal angle to argue.

deporting people whom were just saying things they don't like is wrong.

Read the US Constitution, 5th Amendment, reference to "Due Process". We have two absolutely inviolable laws - free speech and due process. The American Revolution was largely about these things.

Eisenhower deported over million illegal aliens in the 50s. Thy were "processed" and that was their due process I guess. The Congress is going to appropriate funds to hire more border patrol and ICE agants and to build a processing center in Texas on land tht Gov. Abbot is donating. Thst is where they will get due process.
