The president had invoked the wartime Alien Enemies Act for the first time since World War II, targeting alleged members of Venezuela's Tren de Aragua gang. A federal judge then granted a request from civil rights groups to temporarily stop him from deporting the Venezuelans under the act and said any planes in the air with such migrants must return to the United States. The government violated the court order and did it anyway.

This whole thing is getting much worse. I think that we are rapidly getting into 25th Amendment territory here. Even if this gets resolved, Trump will have learned nothing from it, and he will repeat some version of this again and again until he either becomes our dictator or is removed from office. His particular psychiatric illness will simply not allow him to give up on this, and repeats of this will get worse and worse.

We have a separation of power. The judicial branch can make rulings but has no jurisdiction over the executive branch.
The court can make rulings but cannot issue warrants , subpoenas or indictments. The DOJ must do that.

You are quite wrong on both points:

The U. S. judicial branch, particularly the Supreme Court and lower federal courts, does have jurisdiction over the executive branch in the sense that it can review executive actions and determine whether they are constitutional. This power is known as judicial review, established in Marbury v. Madison (1803). The Judicial branch lacks enforcement powers and paradoxically, depends on the Executive for enforcement, which is a serious vulnerability. Courts, including the Supreme Court and lower federal courts, can issue rulings and opinions on legal matters, but they do not initiate criminal prosecutions or issue indictments.

This is how Biden got away with disregarding the ruling of the Supreme Court which said he did not have the authority to spend billions of dollars paying off student loans. He controlled the DOJ which never did anything to bring him to justice.

Biden never violated a court order. When the Court ruled against him, he COMPLIED with that order. That is the difference. Trump violated a court order by deporting people AFTER he was told he could not.

No, Biden paid off the loans of 5 million students. It was 188 Billion dollars. He was told by the Supreme Court that that much money needed to go through congress but he did it anyway. He was basically buying votes.

The court declared the former president did not have the legal authority to forgive up to $20,000 in federal student loans per borrower through the HEROES Act, much to the disappointment of the 26 million Americans who applied or were automatically eligible for one-time forgiveness.

Biden went on to forgive 188 Billion in loans against the Supreme court ruling. He controlled the DOJ so no charges were brought against him and of course the FBI did not arrest him.
The press downplayed it. i guess the only good thing was that it pissed off more voters than he bought.

Vance is almost as bad as Trump. He created the rumor that people in Springfield were eating cats and dogs, which the mayor and governor of Ohio said was untrue and had never had reports of this (nor did police). He has called women who want rights over their own bodies, "cat women", implying that all old ladies living alone own cats and have nothing to worry about women's reproductive rights. One thing about Vance, which I give him crest for--is that during the debate with Tim Waltz, he seemed to agree with on m any issues and towards the end they were both talking friendly towards one another. He did not want to argue with Waltz. And also, the fact that he called Trump a moron before he ran as his partner for the presidency, shows his true colors.
