  Indeed, ICE has done it to several American citizens. That is a clear violation of the Constitution and constitutes grounds for impeachment/removal of tRump.

  @Sachem And Biden was in violation of the Constitution by not enforcing the border laws. So what is your point? Seems like anything the Government does is okay because the citizens have no real power to stop it. We can't even vote on stuff except for elections. We don't know where the money is going.   There is a "due process" to enter out country too, called legal immigration. If you are going to skip that on the way in, you shouldn't hide behind it later on the way out. If some are going to break all the laws when they are here, then don't ask them to enforce the due process law when you get caught.
