Is Trump just getting discriminated against when some other President had the same policies and no one said a word?

Obama actually did far more than Clinton when it came to deportations—and even more than Trump.
Here’s the breakdown by administration (based on DHS data):

Obama was nicknamed the “Deporter-in-Chief” by immigration advocates. His administration used expedited removals, separated families, and prioritized deportations even of non-criminal aliens. And yet… he was rarely criticized for it.
Trump, on the other hand, faced constant accusations of cruelty—even when enforcing laws that predated him or were expanded under Obama. The media spin was the difference, not the policy.
This isn’t about what’s humane. It’s about who’s allowed to enforce the law without backlash—and who isn’t.

It would be nice to read the actual act, or at least a summation of it, and not just the headlines. There were still provisions for hearings that went before a judge within that law. However, the concern at that time, almost 30 years ago, was that it "undermines the due process clause due to the expansion of deportable offenses that criminalize immigrants." \
Unlike under Trump's unconstitutional acts, you still got to appear before a judge. You also weren't targeted if you were a CITIZEN just because you spoke out against the administration. I'm not defending Clinton's policy; I'm pointing out what it actually said.
So your big rebuttal, is a rapist president from over 20 years ago. That doesn't exactly help Trump at all. What he's doing is illegal, same as back then.

First of all, people have DEFINITION been complaining about the loss of due process from this bill so thats a lie. Secondly, they are not comparable in the first place. What Bill Clinton did and what Trump did is not the same thing.
Trump sent them back to the same country they came from. How is that not the same thing?
They are being sent back to their country of origin, except for some of the real bad people who have committed murder and other heinous crimes. And again, they can be tried and convicted of murder here and spend life in prison. But why should the taxpayers pay for that when all these countries dumped their criminals on us from their jails/prisons? So some they send back to the prisons in their countries. Seems fair to me. The solution is don't come here and commit murder and rapes and you won't get deported to prisons in their home countries.
So they are being sent back to their country of origin, until they aren't.. and they are given legal representation and a fair trial, until hey aren't.
Whats the point of accusing them of being criminals if you refuse to prove it in court? If you cared about law and order then you should INSIST that they go through the court system.
I have never seen real tattoos of his body to see if he really had gang tattoos that were not photoshopped. But a person does not get tattoos all over their body if they are law abiding citizens. But that is just my take on it. Also, if they didn't worry about due process when coming in illegally then why claim it on the way out? They want their cake and be able to eat it too on the American Taxpayer.
... People DO get full body tattoos regularly while being law abiding citizens. What sort of profiling is this nonsense? Besides, if they were criminals then you should pursue them using the law. Advocating for anything else is explicitly not supporting law and order.
Also, I dont particularly trust the government, as in ANY government. As such from my point of view the legal process is there to protect me. If the government was given the power to ignore the due process and deport "illegal immigrants" then that also gives them the right to deport anyone they want by simply claiming that they are "illegal immigrants" or even just that they THOUGHT that they were "illegal immigrants" at the time.
Without due process you dont get a legal recourse. You dont get to demand a judge. You dont get to defend yourself. The government can simply just pick you up and deport you anywhere they want, including to El Salvador and into their terrorist torture camp. And the government can do this to anyone they want for any reason.
The left wasn't concerned with President Obama deporting between 3 million and 4 million (depending on which statistics you go by) illegal immigrants over his 8 year administration either, and over 75% of those illegal immigrants were deported without any due process.
Because the democrats need these illegal aliens to vote for them.
My God the alt riech needs new material
@DrPepper12 20 million votes in the right places will be enough to win an election for the democrats.
False. That law NEVER authorized unconstitutional behavior. Get your damn facts straight twatwaffle douchenozzle MAGAt.
@DrPepper12 cite your sources or GTFO!

Clinton and Trump suck, but Trump A MILLION TIMES MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE !!!
I am all for following due process, but shouldn't you have to follow due process to enter the country? It should be a two-way street.
